- If you make an Order for buying any products from our website. At the time of ordering, while providing your details it is your duty to be careful and warrant that the details provided are true and accurate.
- If a product you purchase does not match the description on the Website, as your sole and exclusive remedy you may return the product (within 14 days from delivery date), unused and receive a store credit refund of your purchase price only (excluding all shipping costs and minus any discounts or coupons used in the purchase).
- Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Prices are frequently updated to adjust for different sales, limited pricing, and other discounting.
- Placing items in your cart does not reserve nor guarantee the current prices, nor inventory quantity in stock, nor current promotions or sales shown at that time. Note that prices are reserved only by placing an actual paid order.However, due to our high demand of volume of orders, we cannot guarantee inventory items to be in stock even after you place your order; due to systems delay & technologies issues on updating inventory quantities that are actually in stock.
- Payment mode shall be:
- Online: Credit Cards and or Visa or Master Card Debit cards;
- Payment Processors : PayPal, Stripe,
- We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Gift Cards purchased online and PayPal, & Point System. We do not accept any other method of payment.
- You will need to register on the site with information about yourself which is accurate, current and complete. The password you provide should be kept secure and you must notify us of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- You place an order on the site by adding your selected item(s) to the shopping bag and proceeding to checkout. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved. Therefore, they are available to be purchased by other customers. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it.
- Payment will be collected immediately upon completion of the payment process and an email will be sent to confirm your order. Another email will be sent at a later day to confirm the details of the delivery of your order (not applicable to digital products or services).
- In any case of exception, we may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:
- the goods are unavailable;(due to discontinuation of the design etc.)
- we cannot authorize your payment;
- you are not allowed to buy the goods from us;
- we are not allowed to sell the goods to you;
- there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.
In such a scenario we will be sending you an email to confirm that your order has not been accepted and your payment will be refunded back to the same card you made the transaction from within 5-7 business days.
- Orders are only valid and accepted upon receipt of an (Order Confirmation) from us.
At this point:
- a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us; and
- we will dispatch the goods to you, or inform you of the estimated dispatch date.
- In the case of a service or digital products,all respective information and instructions will be in the “Order Confirmation email” for your convenience to start receiving the service.

- We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

6) DELIVERY POLICY

- We understand the importance of having your order (s) delivered by the due time and date (s). However, we cannot guarantee that with our “Free Shipping” option offered via our promotions or otherwise stated. You are welcome to pay for “ fast paid shipping” for a quicker delivery time based on your expectations & needs . The total delivery time is the Processing time + Delivery Time.
- Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled at any stages. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
- The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation email which you will receive within 24-48 hours following the placement of your order. This date is an estimate only and we do not guarantee to deliver the goods on that date.
- We require that all deliveries are signed for by a person at the delivery address. You agree that delivery takes place when the goods are signed for at the delivery address and the signature of the person at the delivery address is conclusive evidence that the signed-for goods have been delivered to you at that address.
- If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us by replying to the same order confirmation email to arrange an alternative delivery, unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods, we will not be able to cancel the order and issue you a refund.
- We may deliver your goods in instalments.
- Every order may have a tracking number before it leaves our facility based on the delivery options chosen at the time of placing your order. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours; you’ll always know where your package is. Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-30 business days.
- However, we do not guarantee a “Shipping Tracking Number” on any “ Free Standard Shipping” provided via promotions or sales or otherwise stated.

- NO AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP OR JOINT VENTURE: No agency, partnership, or joint venture has been created between the Parties as a result of this Agreement. No Party has any authority to bind the other to third parties.
- FORCE MAJEURE: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. COVID-19!
